The foundation for employee success can often come down to inner confidence and the ability to make an impact in their daily communication.You receive 4 sessions per month. Any sessions that you do not use will roll over to the next month.

In this program your employees will learn how to:

  1. Mindset Work

Through targeted coaching, I help participants identify limiting beliefs that undermine performance and replace them with empowering perspectives. These mindset shifts provide the foundation for authentic confidence and growth.

4. Presentations

From formal presentations, to standups, and TED-style talks, preparation is key to presentation success. I guide participants through best practices for managing performance anxiety and delivering with confidence, every time.

3. Delivery Techniques

How we say what we say matters. I train leaders to use body language, vocal tone, and presence to access their power and project authority By learning body language, we learn to read the room, strengthening our ability to influence and persuade.

  • Group Training Structure:

    • Cohorts of 4-6 employees

    • Perfect Managers and ERG Groups

    • Phase I: three 90-minute group coaching sessions including presentation of concepts and real-time practice.

    • Phase II: two private 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with individualized practice and support

    • Entire engagement completed in six months.

    Selected employees are placed in cohorts of 4-6 people. Each cohort embarks on the first phase of their coaching journey, comprised of three, 90-minute, group coaching sessions.

    After the first phase is completed each participant will receive two, 45-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions, scheduled privately and individually.

    The entire engagement is scheduled to be completed in six months.
